Legal - Terms of Service

By using Faceflint’s services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Faceflint provides product development services through a monthly subscription model, including design, web development, mobile development, DevOps, and related services.
Services are delivered based on monthly capacity, not unlimited instant work. Tasks are completed sequentially based on priority.
2. Subscription Plans
- Starter Plan: $6,000/month (dedicated web team, ~1 FTE capacity)
- Growth Plan: $12,000/month (web + mobile, ~2-3 developer equivalents, priority delivery)
- Scale Plan: $18,000/month (dedicated product squad, enterprise integrations, SLA options)
Each plan includes a defined monthly capacity. Unused capacity does not roll over.
3. Task Management
- Clients submit tasks through an agreed channel (e.g., Slack, task board)
- Work is performed in a prioritized queue
- Large features may be broken into milestones
4. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Services may be paused or suspended for non-payment
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables created specifically for them, excluding third-party tools, libraries, or pre-existing intellectual property.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide timely feedback and required materials
- Designate a primary contact
- Ensure they have rights to any content provided
8. Limitation of Liability
Faceflint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous three months.
9. Changes to Services
We may improve or modify our services to maintain quality and efficiency.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
